Instructions for Making Renewal Payments Online

Note: It is recommended you use Google Chrome as your web browser for best optimization.

To pay a renewal invoice by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only), go to the secure website

  1. First time users must set-up an account at the top of the page or log on using your existing username and password  
  2. Enter your permit to operate invoice number (for example, F15-00000) and click “Search”
  3. Double click on your permit to operate number
  4. Click “Fees”  tab
  5. On the bottom right of screen select “Pay all fees”
  6. Proceed to check out
  7. Proceed to payment by entering credit card information
  8. After, click “Process Payment.” Please retain your confirmation page containing the authorization code for your records. 
  9. Your Permit to Operate certificate will be mailed within three weeks
