City Clerk’s Office

The City Clerk’s Office has the following responsibilities: 
  • Administering municipal elections, oaths of office, and Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) requirements in accordance with the law
  • Disseminating information concerning decisions and policy
  • Protecting and preserving official city records
  • Providing administrative and technical support to the City Council
  • Providing support and coverage of City Council and other City Agency meetings
