Since its inception, the Richmond Workforce Development Board (WDB) has been actively involved in promoting and overseeing the local workforce system. Richmond Workforce Development Board Strategic Plan 2013-2017


The Richmond Workforce Development Board Strategic Plan for Program Years 2013 through 2017 has been approved and certified by the California Workforce Investment Board.  In addition, the Richmond Workforce Development Board has achieved High-Performance Local Board (HPB) certification.
