President’s Week Youth Virtual Fitness

Youth fitness is a resource for parents/guardians to keep their child/ren active throughout the vacation week. Each class will consist of 3 components: warm up exercises and stretching, core exercises and theme of the day exercises, and drills including basketball and taekwondo.
The morning class is an introduction to the exercises and drills with plenty of water breaks. The afternoon class is a review from the morning class with a timer and less water breaks.
