The City of Richmond and the EastBayWorks Regional Planning Unit will be submitting their Workforce Development Plans for Program Years 2021 through 2024 to the Governor’s Workforce Development Board as of April 30, 2021. The Richmond Workforce Development Board’s Local Plan will be available for its 30-day public review and comments (March 12, 2021 through April 13, 2021) at the following location: http://www.ci.richmond.ca.us/275/Employment-Training Interested parties may submit comments regarding the proposed Local Plan to the City of Richmond, Workforce Development Board; Employment and Training Department at: info@richmondworks.org
