The Richmond Workforce Development Board will be submitting a Local Area Plan for Program Years 2017 through 2020 as required by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, (Public Law 113-128) Sections 106 and 107 and the California Unemployment Insurance Code Sections 14000 through 18012. The Local Plan mirrors the State Strategic Workforce DevelopmentPlan goals and actions and supports the policy objectives of the State Plan in a dition to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act requirements.
