Letter from the City Manager
GFOA Needs Assessment:
The City of Richmond contracted with the Government Finance Officers Association to conduct a Needs Assessment of its financial and human resources systems. The following report, completed in August 2006, represents the results of that Needs Assessment. The findings included within this report represent the foundation for the City's decision to procure a new system and for the new functionality desired in the new system, MUNIS.

ERP Implementation Calendar:
The implementation calendar identifies the MUNIS implementation days and time for each of the functional areas for the system.
