IT Technology Purchases Authorization

IT Purchase Authorization

All technology services, hardware and software purchases must be preapproved by completed the IT Purchase Authorization form approved by the appropriate department official and by the IT director.

Cellular Phone/Pager Authorization

 
All requests for cellular phone/pager hardware and service must be accompanied by a completed Cellular Phone/Pager authorization request.
