Join us every 1st and 3rd Wednesday from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm for a joyful and rhythmic workout that's sure to put a smile on your face. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the graceful movements of Hula while sharing their knowledge of the rich cultural history behind this dance form.
