2nd Revised Adopted 6th Cycle Housing Element - Now Available!

On September 18, 2023, the City published the 2nd Revised Adopted 6th Cycle Housing Element addressing HCD's most recent comments. The Housing Element is part of Richmond’s General Plan and it includes the City's housing goals, policies and programs.
