--Richmond Pension Tax is a item that is now and has been hurting all retired /fixed income seniors for many many years--- How can your team review this to at least make amends for seniors/fixed income retirees to get this waved --removed from their property tax bill---
Why can't you or your team place this on a ballot to have such amended/removed for seniors. Or is this something that I can gather enough signatures and place on the ballot --

The city could be liable for fire damage to private property due to neglect.
Three trees have fallen over this year 2016
Fairmede Park is larger and connected to the Elementary School, Compared to Hilltop Green Park

The City of Richmond should promote and invest heavily in worker-owned cooperative enterprises. Given the tremendous failings of capitalism - the growing gap between the economic classes, the concentration of nearly all the country's wealth to the top 1%, people working harder yet receiving less, the lagging minimum wage when adjusted for inflation, unemployment statistics reported dishonestly - we need a better way. Workers that own their businesses would never vote to hand over the profits to a small number of board members. They would never deny themselves paid leave, or choose to send their jobs oversees, or any of the myriad, ridiculous decisions that put profits over people. I could write an entire book. Imagine a typical fast food worker. Whether there is a line out the door waiting for food, or a completely empty restaurant, they get the same miserable wage. What's the incentive? Shouldn't a worker be happy to have customers? Not when they never see a penny of the profits.

Restoring & Creating Opportunities for Involvement in the sport of Wrestling
Champion for the privileges & opportunities of wrestlers of the Richmond California area to be restored. In doing so, facilitating families of this worthy Community into the sport. Help build a foundation for a self-sustaining, functional, prosperous wrestling Institution in the Greater Richmond CA Area. Work to facilitate the self perpetuation of the sport. The sport of wrestling makes great men & women of all ages, shapes, size, ethnicity, & wealth. My current goal is to boost community awareness to the disposition of the sport in the Richmond Ca Area, as well as to have a healthy wrestling program be fully reinstated by offering head coaches & finding all necessary participation in the West Contra Costa Unified School Districts 6 main public high schools.
Building a self perpetual, strong foundation for the sport will allow members of the community to enjoy the family activities that the sport offers.

Recently, my family and i have been being harassed by our landlord of 33 years and have been extremely frustrated because we keep getting "there is nothing we can do to help you because its a single family home". The city complains homelessness is an issue in Richmond but allow landlords to over run their tenants like this and watch more and more families become homeless. STOP ONLY HELPING APARTMENTS, DUPLEX'S AND ETC. HELP EVERYONE. TO ME THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AND NOT A WAY TO HAVE A COMMUNITY.

Shoppers of the Macdonald 80 Shopping Center exit the center and easily cut straight through 44th street--to quickly get on the 80 south. They do this instead of turning left on Macdonald, making a right on 37th, and right onto Barrett; all main city streets. This poses a major safety problem for residents who live along 44th street. Drivers regularly exceed residential speed limits, going up to 40 mph. It has become so hazardous that children are at risk when playing outside. There needs to be a reciprocal on-ramp for the increased traffic to this area, where Target shoppers can easily get on back on the 80 from MacDonald (as posted in Infrastructure and Environmental Improvements). And, in the interim, we need speed bumps along this street to provide residents mitigation from this obvious safety hazard of traffic racing through the street.

Instead of the city giving out citations for street sweeping, it should give out citations for parking on the lawns, so that we can maintain some sort of beauty in our city. The city is looking more and more ghetto with very low standard of livings.

The lane changes on Barret have made life on residential streets extremely dangerous for anyone living on ALL the cross streets in the city of Richmond. Drivers do not want to wait in all the traffic backup on Barret and now use residential streets to cut across the city. The disregard for people living here is getting out of hand as drivers speed through our neighborhoods. We especially have a problem at the corner of 38th and Cerrito. Drivers NEVER stop at the stop signs as they cut through town. Never mind that we have a elementary school, day care and park all with 2 blocks of the intersection. You are taking your life in your hands if you are a pedestrian on our streets. I'd like to see something put in place on this street that would curb this increasingly dangerous habit and I'd like to see more policing of the stop sign, especially during the morning and evening commute hours. The neighbors who live here have called the police many, many, many times but nothing is ever done.

The Richmond Museum of History is located roughly six blocks from BART and one block from AC Transit 72 line in the heart of downtown Richmond and is proud to be the oldest organization in West Contra Costa County dedicated to preserving local history. The Richmond Museum is housed in a Carnegie Library and owns the most significant collection of historical material and documents in the local area. The permanent collection was established in 1950 and is comprised of a variety of materials including textiles, fine art, archaeological collections, historical artifacts, documents, photographs. The Museum staff is small but what we lack in capacity, we far make up for in enthusiasm and love for our work.

City inspectors need to ensure that neighborhood stores operate with a higher standard. If the store cannot afford to dispose of their trash properly, supply fresh foods, and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, it should not be in operation.
Tonight I opened my garage to see and HUGE RAT run across. This is because the store creates a space to harbor rodents. Their backyard is filled with junk and trash. Please set a standard for businesses in the city of Richmond.
