A Notice of Violation is recorded against my property. How can I get it removed?

All violations must be abated, and all Code Enforcement and recording fees must be paid. Once the violation is abated and the fees are paid we will record a Release of Lien Notice with Contra Costa County Assessor’s Office.

Contact Code Enforcement Administrative staff at 510- 620-6944 for additional information.
