Request Public Records
All requests for public records should be directed to the City Clerk’s Office 450 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond, CA 510-620-6513. Requests for public records can be made orally, in writing, in person, via email, or over the telephone. The City of Richmond encourages you to submit your request in writing. Your request should be specific, focused, and sufficiently described so that the records can be identified, located and retrieved.
