Workshops

Community education is a core component of the services provided by the Richmond Rent Program. The Rent Program hosts monthly Community Workshops to educate tenants, landlords, and others on the requirements of the Fair Rent, Just Cause for Eviction, and Homeowner Protection Ordinance.  

Please note: All workshop webinar topics are subject to change based on any new laws and/or changes to current laws.
