Project / Program Description
Agency staffmembers areassisting the City Engineer on this project. The project goals are to identify funding and construct a bicycle and pedestrian trail on right of way connecting the east and west ends of Richmond.
The trail will parallel the area near Ohio Avenue and within the newly amended areas of the Nevin 10B Redevelopment Project Area.
The first segment from approximately Garrard to 23rd Street will be under the construction management of Vali Cooper & Associates with an estimated construction cost of $2.2M. Construction is expected to commence in the spring of2007.
