UPDATE AS OF NOVEMBER 9, 2025
Check Your EBT Cards for November Benefits
Many people already received their benefits for November. However, it is unclear if everyone’s benefits are loaded to their EBT cards.
Be sure to check your EBT card balance before requesting a county-issued debit card. Visit BenefitsCal.com or try to use your EBT card. If your benefits are loaded, then you may use your CalFresh EBT card as usual.
If you have not received November CalFresh benefits by Monday, November 10th, at 12 noon, call (866) 663-3225 or visit one of the below Employment & Human Services Department (EHSD) offices during our regular hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (County offices are closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11, for Veterans Day):
- 1305 Macdonald Ave., Richmond
- 151 Linus Pauling Dr., Hercules
- 400 Ellinwood Way, Pleasant Hill
- 4545 Delta Fair Blvd., Antioch
EHSD will have food boxes available at the above locations for those with immediate need. We will evaluate case-by-case how to best serve you through the distribution of an emergency debit card while also preventing confusion or duplication of benefits.
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors and EHSD continue our commitment to our November CalFresh recipients who have not received their benefits due to federal government actions.
