Arts & Culture Commission (RACC)
We are committed advocates of the arts.
The Richmond Arts & Culture Commission, in partnership with the Arts and Culture Division, is the lead organization for the development and advocacy of the arts and culture in Richmond. The Commission is respected and sought after for its broad and diverse knowledge of the arts. Members reflect the strength and diversity of the City and represent multiple fields of expertise.

Commission Meetings
RACC - Richmond Arts & Culture Commission
Where: Richmond City Hall, 450 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond Room (1st Floor)
When: 2nd Thursday of the month, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Note: Commission Meetings are open to the public and begin promptly at 7PM
Agenda Item Request Form
Please submit a fully completed Agenda Item Request Form no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the scheduled Richmond Arts and Culture Commission (RACC) meeting at which you wish your item to be included on the agenda. Requests received after this deadline may not be accommodated until a subsequent meeting.

Public Comments
Additionally, 2 minutes are permitted to Individuals who would like to address the Richmond Arts and Culture Commission (RACC) on relevant matters not listed on the agenda may do so under Public Comment. Public comments cannot result in discussion/action at this meeting.
