Operable and registered vehicles can be parked on the street for a maximum of 72 hours.  Inoperable vehicles will be towed.

How do I pay or appeal a City of Richmond issued parking citation?

The registered owner or lessee of the vehicle may pay or appeal in one of the following ways:

  2. By telephone at 1-800-969-6158
  3. By mail at:

  4. There is NO in-person payment option
