Most RFQ's, informal and formal solicitations will be processed through our online system. Bids are due at or before the time shown for each bid. Late bids cannot be accepted. It is the bidder's/proposer’s  responsibility to ensure that the most complete and current version of the bid document has been downloaded or otherwise obtained, including any addenda. Amended bids received without the applicable addenda will be rejected as incomplete. All responses are due on or prior to the time shown on each solicitation.
