Imunique Brown, a graduate of the first
RichmondBUILD cohort, received a three-year paid apprenticeship with
Veolia Water as a result of her participation in the Veolia Water STAR
program.
The training program is a year-round, paid, hands-on
apprenticeship with Veolia Water, a global company which operates water
and wastewater facilities around the world. On-the-job training is
combined with educational requirements provided by a community college
and/or correspondence courses.
