Navigation Options on the Title Bar

  • "Richmond logo" is the HOME button you can click to return to the main menu at any time.
  • "Go to Record #" box, enter any record number and go directly to it.
  • "History" displays the last 11 records visited.
  • "Links", you can add internal or external shortcuts. 
  • "Dashboard", overview of Inspections, Pending and Active Permits, Planning/Zonning Applications associated to your account. 
  • "Items in Cart", shopping cart of fees or Business License Tax that you added.
  • "Update Profile", update your contact information, phone or address.

My Inspections


When scheduling inspections, please plan at least three to four business days ahead.

Please note, during the busy construction months longer delays may occur.

  • Information needed before scheduling on-line or calling to schedule an inspection:
  • Permit number.
  • Address for the job site.
  • Inspection type.
  • If you are the homeowner, the name of contractor doing the work is needed.
