The Belding Woods Neighborhood Council meets every fourth Tuesday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Chavez School Library at 960 17th Street (call for additional information).
Our meetings focus around neighborhood safety, in particular Belding Garcia Park, blight, and traffic. We also have special guests who speak to us about a variety of subjects, such as the Chevron Refinery, City of Richmond politics, County and City developments in Belding Woods, and volunteer opportunities in Richmond.

"The Belding Woods Neighborhood gathered at Belding Garcia Park on August 4th to celebrate National Night Out. Residents of all ages enjoyed hot dogs, chips and salsa, and potato salad while Belding Woods Neighborhood Council President AJ Jelani drummed to provide entertainment.
