YouthWORKS’ mission is to equip City of Richmond youth and young adults with the knowledge, skills, and real-world experience they need to succeed in today’s workforce.


YouthWORKS is the City of Richmond’s youth workforce development program designed to help young people ages 14–24 build skills, gain paid work experience, and prepare for real careers.

Funded through the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) and City of Richmond, YouthWORKS connects Richmond youth to hands-on job opportunities, career exploration, and the support needed to succeed in today’s workforce.
