Responsible for the implementation and administration of the Richmond Rent Program.

Member Terms and Meeting Information

• Richmond Fair Rent, Just Cause for Eviction and Homeowner Protection Ordinance
• Qualifications - Richmond Rent Board Application
• Meetings Dates and Times
• Meeting Location - Meets every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 440 Civic Center Plaza
• Maximum Five (5) Boardmembers
• Two (2) Year Terms - Four (4) Full Terms for Total of fewer than Ten (10) Years
• Pursuant to the City of Richmond’s Conflict of Interest Code, members will be required to complete a Fair Political Practices Commission, Statement of Economic Interests, Form 700 upon assuming or leaving office and annually during their term.
