Neighborhood Complete Streets

Neighborhood Complete Streets is an active transportation project focused on improving pedestrian and bicycle access for residents of the Iron Triangle, Santa Fe, and Coronado neighborhoods.  The project will close gaps and improve the existing walking and biking infrastructure on Harbour Way, Marina Way, Wright Avenue, and Ohio Avenue to create walking and biking connections between downtown Richmond, neighborhoods, schools, parks, the Richmond Greenway, and the Richmond Ferry terminal. Design of the Neighborhood Complete Streets Project is starting in Fall 2024, with construction anticipated to begin in Spring 2026.

You are encouraged to get involved!

The second Town Hall will share conceptual design ideas based on community feedback received in November. Learn more about the project and share your ideas and feedback on the preliminary design.
