The State of the City is an annual report presented by Mayor Tom Butt to the City Council as to the conditions and affairs of the city. Topics discussed generally include but are not limited to: city finances, housing and homelessness, workforce development and training, public safety, environment and climate change, transportation and infrastructure, real estate and development, business and economic development, and community investments and highlights.
